Ladies of Horror Fiction Challenge: Monster, Folklore & Vampires!

The Instagram/Twitter Ladies of Horror Fiction Challenge has been a fantastic success! As of right now our tag has 1,270 posts and that is so much more than any of us anticipated. My co-hosts and I have found so many new books to add to our lists and I hope you guys have found something to add to your lists as well. Thank you to everyone who has been following, commenting and participating through both Instagram & Twitter. We hope to keep the momentum going and spreading the Ladies of Horror Fiction love in the future with more fun events where everyone can participate. Look for more info on that on September 1st!

Big love to my co-hosts whose expertise has made this such a terrific event for everyone.

Today’s #ladiesofhorrorfiction prompt is “Night”. I have had a very long day and am going with this one. It’s about vampires 🧛‍♂️and they only come out at night, right? I haven’t read author Nancy Kilpatrick yet. Have you? . 🧛‍♂️ . This is another book I bought at a book sale that is book #2 of a series and I do not have book #1. Ahhhh, why do I keep doing this?! . 🧛‍♂️ . Anyhow, if you‘ve read it, let me know your thoughts. And please don’t tell me I have to go hunt down book #2 first! I will plug up my ears 😈 . #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookish #horror #fortheloveofreading #booksofinstagram #readersofinstagram #igbooks #igreads #igreaders #bookworm #booknerd #booknerdigans #literature #amreading #reader #literature #literary #vampirefiction
