I read some great books in June and am keeping my fingers crossed that my streak continues into July. Five of them were from my physical TBR pile but sadly two of those ended up being DNF's. One book wasn't for me, one tried to kill my dog and the last was just a mess.

Just like June, I'm hoping to catch up on more of my review copies, both audio & print, and am hoping to have a buddy read with my friend Char's Horror Corner. We'll see how that goes as the start to this month has been not so good and I am a terrible Buddy Read partner! What are you all up to?

    Looks like you had a great month. They can't all be winners, but you do have some good looking books that I will be checking out further, especially King and love the woman in the window cover. It speaks to me. lol

    I am almost done with The Outsider and really enjoying it. I agree with Eh on The Woman n the Window. I didn't love Providence but hope you like it better!!

    I've never tried buddy reading but I'm pretty sure I would be awful at it! I'm not that fast a reader and I'd be behind, lol. Looks like some really good books for July! I'm going to check out Darktown, I love that cover:-)

    Three DNF's are disappointing but at least you were able to get rid and move onto something else. I don't seem to DNF as much these days-maybe I'm getting better at choosing the good stuff!

Hello, everyone! I hope you found some time to read last week or were at least able to take some time for yourself. Staying mostly offline has helped me get so much done. I planted a wildflower garden, visited the old rock in Plymouth, MA and watched some birds who were much more exciting than the rock 😆 Recent Reads & Listens  I'm slowly catching up on my review postings but I'm starting to feel like I have it all under control for the first time in ages.
